How much a private driver in Paris costs

On this service, most of the budget is the car. A chauffeured vehicle dedicated to your program 12 hours a day runs €580 to €880 depending on the vehicle and the chauffeur profile. We pass it through at cost, with no markup, and our coordination fee appears as its own line on the quote.

A single transfer starts at €450. A multi day operation or a delegation runs from €1,500 to €10,000 depending on headcount and duration, and companies that send executives to Paris every month can move to a retainer from €1,500 per month. A booking made 24 to 72 hours ahead adds 35 to 50 percent to the coordination fee, never to the car. We return a fixed quote within 4 hours during Paris business hours.

How we vet our chauffeurs

Every chauffeur we deploy holds the Carte VTC, the professional driver license required by French law, provides a criminal record extract (bulletin n°3) and a professional reference from a previous transport or security operator, and passes an operational interview. Each one carries their own commercial transport insurance.

For senior executives and sensitive missions, we work with a select roster of 8 to 12 chauffeurs who served on the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, Paris Fashion Week, Roland Garros and corporate visa missions. When a trip calls for security awareness, we partner with security firms licensed by CNAPS, the French private security authority. Background check certificates can be sent to you before the mission on written request.

Most requests start at the airport. Flights are tracked, a delay moves the pickup without a new booking, and the chauffeur meets your traveler in the arrivals hall with a name sign and luggage assistance. For private aviation at Le Bourget, we coordinate with the FBOs (Signature Flight Support, Universal Aviation, Advanced Air Support) from the apron to the vehicle.

For a team arriving on several flights or staying in several hotels, we run the day as one schedule: dedicated vehicles and chauffeurs, and a plan revised during the day when meetings run over.

When a flight, a strike or a meeting changes the plan

Every mission has a named coordinator on call 24/7, and critical missions have a backup vehicle on standby. The scoping note we send before the trip includes contingency plans for the most likely disruptions in Paris: SNCF and RATP strikes, demonstrations and weather.

If something goes wrong, the coordinator stabilizes the situation on the ground, reaches your named contact within 15 minutes, sends a written incident report within 4 hours, and a full debrief within 48 hours of the mission close. Every engagement is covered by our standard NDA.
