You bought a work at a Paris gallery, at Drouot or at the Saint Ouen flea market, and you are not in Paris to collect it. A courier from our team collects it, checks its condition with you, and carries it to your home, your office or your gallery, in Paris, in London or abroad.

How an art delivery works
The work is handled by one person and checked twice: at collection and at delivery.
Brief
Send us the work, its size, where it is and where it goes. We confirm what can be carried by hand, what needs crating, the route, the timing and the cost.
Collection and condition check
The courier collects at the gallery, the auction house or the dealer, photographs the work and sends you a condition report before it leaves.
Delivery in person
Hand delivery to you or to the person you name, with photos at delivery and a signed receipt.
Hand carried or crated
Works of a size a person can carry travel with the courier, by train or by plane. Larger pieces and furniture need professional packing and crating; we organise it with a Paris art packer and follow the shipment until it is delivered. We tell you which case applies when you brief us.

From Paris to London and abroad
To London, the courier travels by Eurostar and delivers the same day. For other destinations, the courier flies with the work or the crate is shipped and followed until delivery. Export rules for cultural goods depend on the age and the value of the work; we check what applies with the seller before the work leaves Paris.
Photos and a condition report at collection, updates during the journey, photos at delivery and a receipt signed by the recipient.
The work is checked by the same person at both ends.
