By submitting a mission brief, accepting a quote, or otherwise engaging our services, you ("client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

    2. Our Services

My Paris Concierge acts as an on-the-ground operations partner in Paris and across France for international companies, executives, and event organisers. Our services include, without limitation:

    • Corporate event coordination and execution
    • Executive logistics, transport and accommodation support
    • Vendor sourcing, verification and management
    • Crisis resolution and last-minute operational support
    • Corporate gifting and sourcing & delivery services
    • Executive and employee relocation assistance

The exact scope of each engagement is defined in the quote or mission brief accepted by the client. We reserve the right to decline any request that falls outside our operational capacity or that we consider unlawful, unsafe, or inconsistent with our professional standards.

    3. Quotes, Bookings and Confirmation

Quotes provided by My Paris Concierge are estimates based on the information available at the time and are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. A booking is only confirmed once the client has accepted the quote in writing (including by email or WhatsApp) and, where applicable, paid any required deposit. Prices may be revised if the scope of the mission changes after confirmation.

    4. Fees and Payment

    Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

    • Fees are quoted in EUR, USD or GBP as agreed with the client, exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
    • A deposit may be required to confirm a booking, with the balance due before or upon delivery of the service as specified in the quote
    • Payment is accepted by bank transfer or credit card
    • Late payment may result in suspension of ongoing services and interest at the statutory rate applicable under French law
    • Costs advanced on the client's behalf to third-party vendors (transport, venues, suppliers) are billed at cost plus any agreed coordination fee

    5. Cancellation and Modification

Cancellation terms depend on the nature of the mission and are confirmed in the quote, since some third-party costs (venues, transport, suppliers) may be non-refundable once booked on the client's behalf. As a general policy, cancellations made more than 7 days before the mission date are eligible for a full refund of our coordination fee, less any non-recoverable third-party costs already committed. Cancellations made within 7 days, or no-shows, may not be refundable. We will always disclose known third-party cancellation terms before you confirm a booking. Requests to modify a confirmed mission are accommodated on a best-efforts basis and may incur additional fees.

    6. Client Obligations

To allow us to deliver our services safely and effectively, you agree to:

    • Provide accurate, complete and timely information about your mission brief and requirements
    • Obtain any visas, permits or authorisations required for you or your guests to travel or attend an event
    • Ensure your own compliance, and that of your guests, with venue rules and applicable law
    • Pay all fees and disclosed third-party costs by the agreed deadlines

    7. Third-Party Service Providers

Certain services (transport, venues, catering, private cruises, accommodation and similar) are delivered by independent third-party suppliers and partners we select, coordinate and vet on your behalf. My Paris Concierge acts as your on-the-ground coordinator for these services; the supplier's own terms and conditions, cancellation policy and liability apply to the service they provide. We select partners carefully and will flag any supplier-specific terms that materially affect your booking before you confirm.

    8. Limitation of Liability

My Paris Concierge acts with the diligence and skill reasonably expected of a professional operations partner. To the fullest extent permitted by French law, our liability is limited to direct, foreseeable damages arising from our own negligence in performing the services, and shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the mission giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts, omissions, delays or failures of third-party suppliers, transport providers, venues, public authorities, or events outside our reasonable control (see Force Majeure below). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded or limited under French law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, death or personal injury.

    9. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, transport disruption, extreme weather, public health measures, acts of government, or other events of force majeure as recognised under French law (Article 1218 of the French Civil Code). The affected party will notify the other as soon as reasonably possible and both parties will work in good faith to minimise disruption.

    10. Confidentiality

We treat all information relating to your mission, guests and business as confidential, and will not disclose it to third parties other than the suppliers and partners strictly necessary to deliver the agreed services, except where disclosure is required by law. Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, graphics, logo) is the property of My Paris Concierge or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed or modified without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

    12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek to resolve the matter amicably. Failing an amicable resolution, the courts of Paris, France shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your place of residence.

    13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The version in force at the time you confirm a booking will apply to that engagement. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

    14. Contact
