Your Trade Show Materials Arrive Before the Hall Opens: We Keep Them and Bring Them In

Exhibition halls in Paris accept deliveries only during setup, and exhibitor services are expensive and slow. Exhibitors from Berlin or Toronto often ship early to be safe, and then have nowhere to put the boxes.

We receive the cartons at our premises, count and check them, keep them, and deliver them to your stand at the time of setup, with the exhibitor access arranged. After the show we collect what goes back and ship it home.

Booth materials delivered to Hall 7 on setup day. Exhibition banners collected from storage and set up before 8am. Promotional materials received the week before and delivered to the booth. Five hundred catalogues delivered to twenty boutiques in one day after the show.
