Your Event Items Arrive Five Days Early and You Are in a Hotel: Here Is What We Do
Parasols, chairs, welcome bags, decor: suppliers deliver when it suits them, not when your event starts. We receive everything, keep it in our Paris premises and deliver it on the day, to the minute.
A real mission
Fifty parasols, a party on the 17th, and nowhere to put them
A family preparing a birthday in Paris ordered fifty large parasols. The supplier could only deliver on the 12th. The party was on the 17th, and the family was staying in a hotel with no cellar, no garage and no room for fifty parasols.
They wrote to our Desk. We received the parasols on the 12th, checked the count and the condition, kept them for five days in our Paris premises and delivered them to the venue on the 17th, two hours before the guests. The family never touched a parasol.
A transport company goes from A to B. We take care of everything in between.
What we do
Receive, check, keep, deliver, install
We receive deliveries in your name, count every item against your list and photograph what arrives. We keep them in our premises for the days in between, then deliver them to your venue at the time you choose, carry them in and set them where you want them.
The same works for chairs and tables from a rental company, two hundred welcome bags for a conference, floral structures for a wedding, booth materials before a trade show opens, or gifts that arrive from ten different brands and must leave together.
What we ask
The details that make the day work
To plan it we ask what arrives and how much of it (count, size, weight), who delivers it and when, the venue, the time and the person who receives it on the day, and the access at the venue: floor, lift, parking, loading area.
You get one quote for the whole chain, then a photo at reception, a message when it leaves our premises and a photo at delivery.
