A Sofa, a Fridge or a Framed Artwork Arrives at Your Paris Apartment: Someone Is There
Delivery companies give a four hour window and need someone to open the door. A person from our team waits, checks the item before signing and sends you the photos.
The situation
The delivery window does not care where you are
Furniture shops and appliance brands deliver between 8am and noon, or between 1pm and 6pm, and need someone to open the door and sign. If nobody is there, the item goes back to the warehouse and you lose two weeks.
We collect the keys from your building concierge or your property manager, wait in the apartment for the delivery, check the item before signing, photograph it in place and return the keys.
Real requests
What owners abroad ask
A sofa delivered on a Tuesday to an owner living in Geneva. A framed artwork received and hung with the installer for an owner in San Francisco. An internet technician met on a Tuesday morning for a client in Tokyo, with a test of the connection before he left. A new coffee machine bought and set up before guests arrived.
Nothing is signed until the item has been checked and photographed.
What we ask
To plan the visit
The address, floor and code, where the keys are and who hands them over, the delivery company and its window, and what the item is. If something is damaged we refuse the delivery or note it on the receipt, and you decide what happens next.
