    Medication Courier

Medication Left in Paris, Brought to You

Your treatment collected at home or at your pharmacy in Paris and handed to you where you are.

You are in London, or travelling, and your medication is still in Paris. Someone you trust gives us access, a courier collects the box, and brings it to you in person. Before anything moves, we check what can travel to your destination and which documents go with it.

    Our Approach

    How it works

A short call to understand the treatment, the rules and the timing, then one person from collection to hand over.

    STEP 1

    Brief and checks

Tell us what the medication is, where it is in Paris and where you are. We check with you what the destination allows and which documents travel with it, such as the prescription.

    STEP 2

    Collection in Paris

The courier collects at your home, from a relative or a neighbour, or at your pharmacy when the pharmacy can hand it over.

    STEP 3

    Hand delivery

The courier travels and hands the medication to you, or to the person you name, with a photo confirmation.

    Rules first

Medicines are regulated, and the rules differ by medicine and by country. Some treatments travel with a copy of the prescription, some need a doctor's letter, some cannot cross a border at all. We check what applies to your case before booking, and we decline a mission when the rules do not allow it. Tell us the exact name of the medicine when you brief us.

If your treatment cannot travel, a doctor or a pharmacist at your destination is the right first call. We can still help by collecting a prescription or documents in Paris and bringing them to you.

Paris to London the same day

The courier takes the Eurostar at Gare du Nord and delivers in central London the same day, as described on our Paris to London hand carry page.

    What you receive
