We collect the pallets from your supplier, check them against the order, photograph them and hand them to our licensed freight partner, who books the flight and prepares the export and customs documents.
You follow one contact from the supplier's door to the airport of arrival.
What we need
The information that makes a quote reliable
The goods and, if you know it, their HS code, the number of pallets, their weight and dimensions, the declared value, the pickup address and ready date, the destination and the deadline. If an Incoterm is agreed with your supplier, tell us; we never assume one.
We ask only what applies to your shipment, and we never guess what was agreed.
