Visitors fall for a painting in Saint Germain or the Marais, pay, and discover that the frame will not fit in a suitcase and the gallery does not organise shipping to their country.
We collect the work at the gallery with your authorisation, check its condition with you on a video call, have it packed or crated by a specialist, and send it with insurance at its declared value. For works with export rules, the paperwork goes through our licensed partner.

Before we collect
The gallery and the invoice, the dimensions and whether there is glass, the declared value, and the delivery address. You receive photos at collection and after packing.
