Your team is in Sydney and the event is in Paris. We visit the venue, meet the caterer or the decorator, check what was promised and report back with photos.

Everything looks fine by email
A company in Sydney is organising a private event in Paris. The venue and the suppliers were booked by email. Nobody from the team will be in Paris before the day itself.
We visit the venue with your plan, check access, loading times and the space, meet the suppliers you name, confirm what each one will deliver and when, and send you a report with photos. If items must arrive early, we receive and store them until the day.
On the day
A person on site
We can be there for the deliveries, check each one against the list and call you if something is missing, while there is still time to fix it.
The questions get asked on site, a week before, not on the night.
