Many owners of Paris apartments live in Zurich, Boston or Dubai. When a neighbour mentions water on the ceiling or the building manager announces works, they need someone they trust to go and look, today.

We go with your authorisation and the keys, check what can be seen without touching anything, photograph each room, the meters and the windows, and tell you plainly what we found. If a professional is needed, we meet them and stay until the work is done.

A visit after a neighbour reported water leaking from the apartment. A plumber met and supervised the next morning. An electrician whose work had to be confirmed as finished. A full check after three months without anyone inside. A few personal belongings collected before a sale was completed.
