Your Crew Is Shooting in Paris: Logistics Handled by People Who Know the City
Equipment cases from the airport, props to store, a battery forgotten at the rental shop, racks to move between locations. We become your hands on the ground.
The situation
A shoot in Paris moves fast and parks badly
Productions from New York, Tokyo or Los Angeles arrive with cases of equipment, a tight schedule and locations spread across the city, where parking and access are a daily puzzle.
We receive the equipment, store props between shoot days, move racks and cases between locations with a van and two people, and fetch what is missing while the crew keeps shooting.
Real requests
From the Desk
A van, two people and storage for props during a two week shoot. Equipment cases received and moved to each location of a campaign. A replacement camera battery picked up at a rental shop and brought to a set in Montmartre. Clothing racks moved between three showrooms every morning of a fashion week.
What we ask
To plan the shoot
The schedule and locations, the volume of equipment and props, storage needs between days, and the name of the person on set we report to.
