You left Paris before the alterations were done. We drop off or collect, check the work against your instructions, have it packed properly and ship it to you.

Alterations take longer than your stay
A bride in Miami has her wedding dress with a Paris tailor. A client in London bought a suit that needs alterations. Neither will be in Paris when the work is finished, and the workshop does not ship.
We act as your contact with the tailor: we drop the garment off with your notes if needed, follow the date, collect it when ready, check it against your instructions with photos and a video call, and supervise the packing.

Garments travel in a garment box with tissue and a protective cover, never folded into a small parcel. For a wedding dress or a piece of high value, a person can also carry it with them on the flight.
