Keys Collected From Your Property Manager and Handed to Your Guest, in Person
A friend arrives tomorrow, a contractor needs access, the property manager closes at 6pm. We collect the keys, meet your guest and confirm the handover with a photo.
The situation
Keys are small and timing is everything
An owner in Singapore has a guest arriving in Paris tomorrow evening. The keys are with the property manager, whose office closes at 6pm. The guest lands at 9pm.
We collect the keys during opening hours, keep them with us, meet your guest at the building at the agreed time, show them the door and the codes you allow us to share, and send you a photo once the keys are handed over.
What we ask
For a clean handover
Your written authorisation for the property manager, the name and phone number of your guest, their arrival time, and what should happen to the keys when they leave.
We only hand keys to the person you named, after checking their name.
