A Photo of Your Front Door, a Look at the Landing, Within the Hour
Your insurer wants a current photo, a neighbour sent a worrying message, you are in another country. A person from our team goes to the building and sends you what they see.
The situation
Some checks cannot wait for your next trip
An owner living in Switzerland is travelling in Italy and needs a photo of the front door of her Paris apartment within the hour. Another owner in Milan has an insurer asking for current pictures of the door before it will open a claim. A neighbour in Zurich mentions water coming from the apartment above.
In each case the request is simple and physical: someone has to stand in front of the building, look and report. That is what we do, between 8am and 8pm, with a lead time that depends on where in Paris the building is.
What happens
From the request to the photos
You give us the address, the building code, the floor and what you need to see. We go, photograph the street entrance, the door and anything you asked for, and send the photos with the time they were taken. If the building concierge is present we speak to them and pass on what they say.
We report what we see. We do not force a door or enter without written permission.
What we ask
To go quickly
The exact address and code, the name on the door, the contact of the building concierge or a neighbour if you have one, and a phone number where we can reach you while we are there.
