You Left Valuables in Your Paris Hotel Safe: A Secure Collection and Insured Shipping
Hotels will keep what they find, but many will not ship it. We coordinate with the hotel, collect in person with your authorisation and send it with declared value through an insured carrier.
The situation
The hotel has it, but will not send it
A guest flies home to Dubai and realises the jewellery box is still in the room safe. The hotel has found it and keeps it at the front desk, but its policy is not to ship valuables.
We contact the hotel with your written authorisation and a copy of your ID, collect the item in person, photograph it sealed at the desk, and pack it in our premises. It then travels with an insured carrier and a declared value, or by hand with a person if the value requires it.
What we ask
To collect and ship
The hotel name, your booking name and dates, a signed authorisation, a copy of your ID, a description and estimated value, and the delivery address. For high values we confirm the carrier and insurance with you before anything leaves.
Nothing leaves the hotel without your written authorisation.
