Charter Bus and Minibus with Driver in Paris
For corporate groups, delegations and trade show teams.
Moving a group of 30 or 300 through Paris is a schedule problem before it is a vehicle problem. We book coaches and minibuses with drivers from a vetted network of operators, and we run them as one plan: airport arrivals on several flights, daily shuttles between hotels and the venue, day trips outside Paris. An operator from our team is on site, at the terminal and at the hotel, with the manifest in hand.

How a group transport day works
The coach booking is the easy part. What makes a group day work is the manifest, the timing between legs, and someone on the ground who can move a coach when a flight is late or a session runs over. That is the part we take on.
Manifest and plan
Flights, hotel, venue, headcount per leg, and the people who need special handling. We build the transport plan leg by leg and size the vehicles to it.
Coaches and drivers booked
Coaches and minibuses with drivers booked from our network, driver hours of service confirmed and documented, and a backup coach on standby.
Operator on site
Our operator is at the terminal before the group lands, cross checks the manifest, walks the group to the coach and counts heads again at the hotel.
How much a charter bus in Paris costs
Every quote separates two things: the coach charter, passed through at cost with no markup, and our operator fee for the planning and the people on site. We work with a vetted network of coach operators, so the coach is chosen for the size of the group and the program.
From our published grid: for a group of 30 to 50 arriving on one flight, with one coach transfer to central Paris, the coach charter typically runs €600 to €900 and our operator fees €450 to €750, so €1,000 to €1,650 for the arrival leg. Programs with several flights, several coaches or a transfer to a venue run €1,500 to €4,000 in operator fees, plus the coaches. A crisis reserve of 10 to 15 percent of operator fees is invoiced as a separate line and refunded if no crisis comes up. We return a fixed quote within 4 hours during Paris business hours.
Several flights, several coaches, one schedule
A corporate group rarely lands on one flight. When half the group lands at noon and the other half three hours later, we run two meet and greets and two coach legs, and the groups are brought together at the hotel. If a flight is delayed, the operator releases and rebooks the coach, sends the new arrival time to you, the hotel and the next item on the program, and any extra cost is passed through transparently.
At the hotel, a second operator is positioned at the front desk to coordinate the group check in with reception, so the coach does not unload into a queue.
Trade show shuttles: Villepinte and Porte de Versailles
A trade show at Paris Nord Villepinte or Paris Expo Porte de Versailles is a three to five day ground program: airport arrivals, hotel transfers, daily venue shuttles, client dinners and often parallel meetings in central Paris. Each movement depends on the next. We plan the shuttles around opening hours and the booth team's schedule, and keep private drivers available for the people who leave the show for meetings.
Day trips by coach from Paris
Day trips are where coach logistics go wrong most often. The Versailles coach park is regulated and requires a pass for groups arriving between 10:00 and 14:00; a coach without one is sent to a remote lot. We book the coach pass with the entry slot. Typical coach times from Paris: Versailles 1 hour, Chantilly 45 minutes, the Loire Valley 1 hour 45 to 2 hours 30.
When to book
Coach charters for day trips are confirmed at least 14 days in advance in peak season and 7 days in shoulder season. For trade show weeks and large arrivals, the earlier the manifest reaches us, the more choice we have on coaches and drivers.
Billing a US company
Invoices are issued by M.C.S Services SAS, a French VAT registered company. A company based outside the European Union is invoiced excluding VAT, under the export of services rule. We invoice in euros by default and in US dollars for retainers above €10,000 per month. Established corporate accounts pay at 30 days net; new clients pay 50 percent upfront and 50 percent on completion.
During the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, we coordinated ground transport for more than 500 passengers across corporate clients, sponsors, hospitality programs and VIP guests, including airport transfers and daily venue shuttles through the traffic restrictions and security zones of the Games.
