A hotel offers full daily service and no kitchen: it fits short stays and executives with a dense schedule. A serviced residence or a corporate apartment gives more space, a kitchen and weekly rather than daily housekeeping, with support on call: it fits stays of several weeks, project teams and executives who work from where they stay. A private residence or a villa offers the most privacy and space, usually without staff on site unless we arrange it.
Air conditioning, which many older Haussmann buildings do not have, and what exactly is included (linens, WiFi, housekeeping, check in service) are confirmed before you book.
What executive accommodation in Paris costs
Rooms and apartments are billed at the corporate rate we negotiate, with nothing added on top. As a reference from our published grid, a suite in a palace hotel such as Le Bristol or the Plaza Athénée runs €2,200 to €6,500 per night. Our fee for the sourcing, the negotiation and the arrivals is a separate line.
A single booking mission starts at €450. A delegation spread across several properties runs from €1,500 to €10,000 in fees, depending on headcount and length of stay.
