Private Dining and Corporate Catering in Paris
For executive dinners and receptions of 20 to 500+ guests.
A private dining room for 20 executives, a privatized restaurant for a delegation, a cocktail reception for 300. We plan private dining and corporate catering in Paris for international companies: we source the room, the private chef or the caterer, manage dietary requirements across nationalities, and remain on site for larger events. Restaurants and caterers are billed to you at cost: as a reference, two and three Michelin star tables run €350 to €850 per guest.

How we plan a private dinner in Paris
The room is chosen after the guest list. A board dinner, a client dinner during a roadshow and a reception for a delegation do not call for the same address, the same level of privacy or the same service. We start from who is coming and why, then shortlist the rooms and the caterers that fit.
Dining brief
Number of guests, purpose of the evening, seniority of the guests, dietary and religious requirements, budget, and the hotels or venues the guests come from. Privacy, atmosphere and neighborhood are part of the brief.
Room and caterer shortlist
Private rooms in restaurants, restaurant buyouts, historic venues, private chefs and caterers from our Paris network, matched to the scale and format of the event rather than a standard package.
Execution and service
Menu validation and tastings, staff, setup, service and timing. For larger events, we stay on site to keep the service on schedule.
How much a private dinner in Paris costs
The meal is most of the budget. As a reference from our published grid, dinners at two and three Michelin star restaurants run €350 to €850 per guest. The venue, the chef and the caterer are billed to you at cost, and our planning fee is a separate line. Since we earn nothing on the venue, we have no reason to push one over another.
A single dinner starts at €450 in fees. A program of several events or a delegation runs from €1,500 to €10,000 depending on headcount and duration.
Choosing a private dining room for a business dinner
A private dining room is chosen on four things: how private the conversation must be, how far it is from the guests' hotels and meetings, how the guests will get there, and what the kitchen can do for a table of mixed nationalities and diets. Atmosphere comes after.
For a dinner during a busy program, the venue is planned with the rest of the day: the chauffeurs know the address, the timing leaves room for the last meeting to run over, and the dietary list is confirmed with the chef before the evening.
Who is on site during the event
For larger dinners and receptions, the person who planned the event is on site and stays until the service ends. Caterers, staff and venue managers have one contact to ask, and so do you.
When something goes wrong during the evening (a late delivery, a guest with an allergy nobody declared), the coordinator deals with it there and then, and you receive a written incident report within 4 hours.
Hosting a dinner in Paris from the United States
Most of our clients organize from abroad. The brief and the menu validation are handled in English, by email or WhatsApp, and the invoice goes to the company excluding French VAT when it is based outside the European Union.
Reference
The Bal des Débutantes in Paris, coordinated in white label for Quintessentially, is among the events we have run.
"A multinational needed a private dining experience for 80 C suite guests at a historic venue in Paris. We privatized a Michelin starred restaurant, coordinated a five course menu with wine pairing, and managed dietary restrictions across 12 nationalities."
80 guests served on schedule. The client called it the best corporate dinner they had organized in Europe.
